Le Grand Bondy is a urban strategy that starts from the considerations of Le Grand Paris, recognizes its causes, its possible solutions and tries to realize its guide lines considering Bondy as a case study. Density and intensity are key elements of an isotropic, porous, heterogeneous, shared and temporal planning, where time becomes the founding variable. Le Grand Bondy is a summary of single strategies (EP Espace Public, GMC Grandes Marques Commerciales, CS Commercial Spécifique, SBJ Super Bloc Jumeaux, SB Super Bloc, PP Pavillonnaire Patio) on three evolutive time thresholds.
